    Xbox gamepad for PC won't connect anymore


    Hi,

    My gamepad as trouble keeping connected to my pc while I play. I keep being disconnected. The gamepad never took a shock, and I always be careful with the wire.

    I would like to use the warranty, since is been less than a year that I bought my product.

    What do I need to activate the warranty ? I didn't found the way online.

    Hi and sorry for my bad english... I would like to buy the xbox one gamepad with cable for pc.

    this model: Microsoft 4N6-00002 Gamepad PC

    my question is : for connect it to the PC via wireless I have to buy necessarily the adapter or I can use the old pad adapter for xbox 360 wireless pad ?

    Do you happen to have a different USB cable you can test to see if there's any change with how your controller connects? If so, let's give that a try to see how it goes.

    No, for PC is possible connect only Xbox ONE gamepad.

    one option is a wireless USB to PC adapter.

    The second option I use. I have an Xbox ONE ELITE gamepad. I have a USB cable connected to the gamepad, I connect it to my laptop and the system will find the gamepad and without any problem my gamepad works.

    There must be a problem on your side because I'm using an Xbox ONE Elite gamepad, with a USB cable. I have it connected to a PC and it works fine for me. I don't use the gamepad wirelessly on Xbox or PC. If you are using a USB adapter for your gamepad,
    try plugging the adapter into another USB. Or check for updates.
