Xbox gamebar wont accept keybinds

I understand you need help with key binding push to talk on game bar.

Key binding option to push to talk on game bar actually does not detect those other keys aside from the normal and standard keys from the keyboard. Function keys only goes up to F12 and cannot go beyond that. It could also not detect other mouse buttons unfortunately.

I can open gamebar and record but i cant join a persons game when invited my gamebar freezes when i click join game or accept

This happens to me too with game invites but theres a temporary fix i just reset my pc and i can only accept 1 invite before i have to reset it again. Kinda crazy how this has been happening for months and xbox support just tells me to reinstall gamebar,
just patch the gamebar how hard is that to do?

Upon opening the Game Bar via Win+G you will need to navigate to the settings which is the Gear Symbol, Once you have done so you will then need to navigate down to 'Party Chat' you will then see a option to toggle PTT (Push To Talk) to change the keybind it
will need to be enabled, all you will need to do is select 'Record Keybind, press the key you would like it to be, It will only give you one option for keybinding.

If you are getting multiple keybinds then I would suggest re-installing the Xbox App.

yes i have gamebar but when i get invited i press accept and nothing happens

also when i try to invite it says there are no friends online

my friend is playing on the xbox game app version for pc
