Xbox Gamebar disabling itself / not functioning properly at all.

May I know if you tried reinstalling the game bar via powershell command?
Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to uninstall the Game Bar from your system.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Now head over to Microsoft Store and search for Xbox Game Bar, install it and give it a new try

If maybe that doesn't work please delete the registry keys associated with the game bar :

Press Windows key+R then type regedit and press Enter.
Go to this path (expand the folders using the little ">")

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR

Once there delete all the keys except (Default), restart your PC and try again

Unfortunately, none of those options worked and my Xbox Gamebar keeps disabling itself.

Do you know if your windows system or any app received recently an update?
Or, are you using any windows insider / beta OS?

Please try this:
Open Task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily > restart your PC and try again

If that doesn't work please try creating a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

found it is a popular issue on other forums, it is apparently gamebar causing it all the time and when gamebar is disabled it stops it completely, nothing psyonix can do about it, they say it is up to microsoft to fix gamebar. i have just disabled it as its useless anyway.

I'd contact the console's live support for this. It appears to be a settings issue with the XBox itself since the drive functions properly.
