Xbox game with gold purchase getting infinite loading circle.

Hi

I'm getting really annoyed by this, as this is completely getting ignored by Xbox (support) twitter account. I already missed Bolt because of this and now Ninja Gaiden 3 is going to end the same.

When I purchase the game, I'm getting an infinite loading circle and not a 'thank you for your purchase'. I tried it on different browsers and devices (even iphone and even turned off ad blockers).

The errors I'm getting in my console are:

- Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ';'

- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

- Uncaught Error: Script error for: pidl.prerequisites.

I'm trying to get them from the Belgian microsoft web store.

Can't they just add it in the normal microsoft store app like the XOne games? That works without a problem.

Is there anyone having the same problem and knows how to fix this?

Please, I like to get all games for my money.

I tried, but I'm not getting an email or a form when selecting Xbox. It's a very frustrating page.

What option should I choose to really get the correct support?

Unfortunately this has been a recurring problem in the last couple of months for different users and countries (I have the same issue when trying to use the web store). So far though I've always been able to get the 360 games with gold via console, getting
the game directly from the XBOX gold tab in the games and apps section. After the issue started I haven't really played any of those games yet so I don't know if there's any other issue, but all are in my ready to install list as usual.

Ow, okay thanks for the input. They seem to have a very hard time fixing this issue or just ignoring it. I tried a game before and it worked if I recall correctly. I'll try and ask someone to get it for me on a xbox console, but there should be a fix for
this nontheless. They cannot leave it like this, as this is very annoying and frustrating.

So activating it on the Xbox One itself is NOT the correct answer here for me. It needs to be fixed on the website.

Can the Microsoft website devs please have a look at this?

Have you tried or hard reset or using a different account to test whether its your account that the store doesn't like?
