Xbox game update is stuck at 38%, and it won't update, yet other games update just fine.

So basically, I am trying to update Rainbow Six Siege on my Xbox, but when i began the update last night, it stayed stuck at 0% for 9 hours until it randomly went to 38.4%. Now, It wont go past 38%. My WiFi connection is fine, due to other games being
able to be updated, and i don't know what to do. I've reset my modem, cold reset my Xbox, gone offline, all of that. Nothing is working. Is it just a bugged update? I don't want to have to reinstall the 70 GB game...

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, I want you to run a connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

If you receive an error message, do the corresponding troubleshooting on our
Connection Error Solution page. If you are still unable to download the update, you might have to reinstall the game. Let us know how it goes!

Hey!

Thanks for responding back so quickly, I recommend performing a power cycle on your console
to see if this can help with the game update. As well if that doesn't work I suggest uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it to see if it'll fix the issue. Please let us know how it goes.

I have got all of the updates for the game. The game/app does run, It just won't connect with my xbox account. Other Microsoft games like Taptiles work just fine.
