Xbox Game Store Star wars games

I would like to know if the games: Star wars force unleashed I & II, and Star Wars Battlefront I & II are compatible with the Xbox One, because as far as I noticed, they are in the store under the Xbox One Title but when you want to buy them they redirect
you to the microsoft site under the Xbox 360 place, and invite you to download the game into your 360 system.

Can't play star wars battlefront II for the original XBOX on my 360

So recently, a bunch of original star wars games showed up on the xbox 360 game store. So i downloaded Star Wars battlefront II (for the original XBOX) off the xbox 360 store. It downloaded but it didn't show up in my games. So, I searched through my storage
and found the game under 'unknown game' and when I clicked on it, it said the game was corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success and I tried restarting my XBOX still to no effect. HELP, I can't even refund this...

 

Original XBOX "STAR WARS" Games On XBOX ONE X

The original XBOX has a total of 14 "STAR WARS" games (only 4 of them have DLC). Let us have "A NEW HOPE" that all 14 "STAR WARS" games & The 4 DLC packs will become backwards compatable on XBOX ONE X! May The Force be with Phil Spencer so he can hear us
all say "HELP US PHIL SPENCER-KENOBI... YOUR OUR ONLY HOPE (SO PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL 14 STAR WARS GAMES GO BACKWARDS COMPATABLE). NOTE: XBOX 360 still has most of the STAR WARS content so get it before it is gone like the original XBOX DLC!

Thank you for reading this post (please post here yourself if you really want Microsoft & Lucas Arts (Disney) to make all 14 Original XBOX "STAR WARS" games backwards compatable on the new XBOX ONE X). STAR WARS is bigger than ever so I hope this happens!

The SW Battlefront 1 and 2 have a xbox one version, while the unleashed are only 360 games, playable on xbox one by backward compatibility.

You are redirected to 360 on the battlefront titles too?

 

yes, they are next to each other in the same page. In fact when you want to buy them in x box one they don't show the price until you are in the 360 zone

Here is a full list of all
Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 games. These games are only available through the Marketplace and not through the Microsoft Store so you will always be redirected when trying to purchase these. Once you do purchase the game there is no need to actually install
them onto an Xbox 360, You should be able to download onto the Xbox One once you own the game.

Now there is also Star Wars Battlefront
I &
II available on the Xbox One through the Microsoft Store.

Two of these games are from Xbox 360 and are in backward compatibility, the other two have their versions for Xbox One, if for some reason you are having trouble buying the game, try to buy for another device, if the problem persists talk to the support

The Unleashed I and II is the 360 games, you need to buy them on 360 area, for that you need a credit card.

So if i buy the unleashed, will i be able to play it on the x box one? right? now what do i have to take into account given they are retrocompatibles in order to play?

Yes. If you buy Unleashed you can play it on the One right now. There's nothing you have to do. It'll act like any other digital game you purchase for the one install to your Games and Apps.

 

All the games that are backward compatibility you need always to buy them on the 360 market, but because they are playable on xbox one, they always will appear on ready to install after purchase, but be advised, like was said above, the best is before
buying you should see if they are backward compatibility titles or not, because if not they wont show up.

 

I bought it, according to the instructions, taking into account that it is displayed on the microsoft page, and its a game compatible with Xbox One, but did not download into my Xbox one console.

But nothing happened yet.

 

You need to go to Ready To Install tab, they dont go directly to install/download tab
