Xbox Game Sharing Not Working, can not play shared games please help.

i have contacted Xbox phone support a number of times but I’m getting nowhere with them so I’m reaching out to the xbox forum to hope to get this matter resolved and fixed once and for all. I set the digital game sharing up with my brother a good 2 months
ago and everything has been working fine with no problems, then just last week it just stopped working for my user account, my brother can still access my shared games but i can’t access his, the error message i get when i click on any of his games that i
note has already been shared, installed, played & working fine, thus game starts up for 1 sec then says i do not own this game and i would need to inserted the disc or buy again from the xbox. So i have called thru to xbox support and have done everything
they asked they had reset my account and my brothers account on xboxes end to make sure it didn’t have anything to do with the only can be done 3 times in one year rule which i have only ever shared with x1 other person & my brother which i informed them but
they went ahead and reset it for both our accounts anyway, we where then told to remove our accounts from each others xboxes and re-add them again making them each set up as the home xbox again, same problem my bother can access my shared games but i can’t
share / play his games, we then tried all of the above again with xbox phone support and same problem keeps happening we where told its a xbox problem and it would take 24 - 48hrs to fix & have email confirmation of that its been over a week and nothing has
been fixed, i have called thru to xbox phone support again and again to find out how to fix the problem and keep getting told they can’t help as they are just a billing department with limited ways they can help, they asked me to reply back to the email and
i did a number of times and have not got a reply its been over a week, Can someone please pass this matter onto a xbox staff member that can help as my account will not allow me to access games on my brothers game share...

Can you please reset my home xbox?

Can you guys please reset my xbox. I was game sharing and now i cant play any of the games i game shared and I'm getting bored of my old games so can you please help me and reset it?
