Xboxes system for home Xbox, that can only switch three times a month makes me choose which console I want the game on. Why is home Xbox a thing I think if you have your account on the Xbox. it should share the games. systems like this are the reason slowly
more and more people are switching to pc and PlayStation, they're tired of Microsofts constant Bull

    :)

    Another Reason JPN Devs Suck

I've had good experiences with Atlus, Arc System Works, and Aksys Games. All very competent and do a fantastic job. Capcom is irritating to the point where I rip my hair out. It's a shame too because I like a fair amount of Capcom products.

Well if you don't understand how it works why are you using consoles?

You do relieze it works the same way on all console regardless if it's Sony or xbox

You can share your games as long as you are there

Its not meant to share with your neighborhood or theft

As long as you are signed into online you can use your content the same as the ps3 and ps4.and only one primary or home console at a time

Primary consoles for ps4 or home consoles can only be changed 3z a year as it's not meant to give it to your group of friends so you can have a 50man match of cod with only one copy I'm sure you don't want your hard work being paid 1 cent for months of work
    because someone is something illegal

You and your family are the only ones meant to use your content

    Anything else is theft

You should not be changing your console more then 3x a year unless you are doing something against the terms of use on any console

the way gameshare works on all consoles is

You and your family use a primary console

And if you use a secondary console you login on the 2nd

Only when you replace the said console or upgrade you home console it

Its not. Meant to give it to the neighborhood

Stop sharing games with your FRIENDS, it will get you a permanent console BAN.

You can sign in with your account on any given Xbox console and play Whatever title that you own from your digital library. This also allow for friends, when you're signed in to your account, to play these titles, but also be able share the advantage of
    your gold subscription.

There's a good reason why it's named "My home Xbox" and not Everybody's home Xbox.

I can't tell if you're being serious or not. If you aren't, I got a decent laugh out of reading your sentence, so I thank you. If not, stop spreading lies. Thank you.

  9. That's just the name of the feature. It doesn't have any legal bearing in location. They even put the name in quotation marks in their usage rules documentation of the feature.

The usage rules does state limit of 3times per year

Home console isn't a share with the neighborhood feature as previously mentioned

If he wants to use his own content that is perfectly fine

But to login make a home console then download the content then never login ever again allows for abuse

It is only meant for actual console changes

A family will not change a console more then 3times a year

Nor will 3 consoles ever use the same connection at the same time

  11. Just making sure we're on the same page here with this:

Correct, users can only change which console is set as Home up to 3 times annually. It's possible to get this limit reset if you contact support but there aren't any guarantees.

Correct. Their original plan as I remember it was to enable users to link up to 10 accounts together to share their game collections. Obviously that plan was scrapped due to the DRM backlash at E3, so the Home console is much more limited in terms of sharing.
The only way to "share with the neighborhood" is if a lot of people sign in and use that one console frequently, or if that console is lended to multiple people.

What's your point here? Again, there isn't a restriction on which console you designate as Home or how frequently you use said console. The only way to abuse it would be to call up support to reset the limit multiple times.

This is likely true in most cases, but there are so many different usage scenarios that it's difficult to say that for certain, especially if the family is not all in the same household in that year at the same time.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. I don't know which ISPs you were talking about earlier, but I've had no problem running multiple consoles on Xbox Live in my house simultaneously.

It's not just a name, it's a feature that could easily be misused in a fashion it was never intended for. In legal terms, you don't share game contents, but a license you agreed upon, according to the end user license agreement.

  13. Xbox game share system is annoying never use full and makes me want to rip my hair out

The term "Home" Xbox is simply the name that Microsoft decided to give the feature, and is put in quotation marks as such in their documentation page on its usage rules. In what way are you referring to the feature being "misused?" Again, the name of the
feature doesn't have dictation on which console you designate it to, how frequently you use your console, or who you let use said console.

What's your point with your last sentence? The "Home" console feature authorizes a console with a device license enabling unrestricted access to that account's purchased digital games and gold subscription (if applicable) for all accounts on that console.
You certainly aren't violating any provision in any EULA for using this feature.

  14. The "Home" xbox is meant to be your profile's home console; the idea is that it your home console would be the console you primarily use. However, some people would abuse this system by making a friend's console their home console so that their friend has
access to all of the content licensed to their account as well as Xbox Live without their friend having to pay for it. This is what is against the Terms of Service / Code of Conduct. it is considered marketplace theft. This is not what the feature was intended
for (yes, there was a similar feature, as was mentioned above, but this idea was scrapped due to the DRM backlash that was also previously mentioned).

  15. "Home" console is not, and never has been, restricted based on location. There is no way to abuse the feature. Marketplace theft would be something like sharing account credentials (like the sites that sell digital games by giving you the username and password
to an account), or using a game license that wasn't purchased. "Game-sharing," as it's commonly called, shares purchased licenses, which I've been doing with my family members for several years now.
