Xbox game share games not showing up

So me and my friend decided to game share with each other. I gave him my account and he gave me his and we both did the settings things with each other’s account. When we did it, only some of the games were showing up. I decided to google the problem and I saw something that said that if you had games on in external drive, that those games wouldn’t show up. We both have external drives. But the thing was that the games that would show up game from a mix of the internal and external drives. Also only the newly bought games would show up.

You mean downloaded onto his external and then you plug it into yours ? You must use the account that purchased it to download it onto your console

No dlc doesn't work that way

Anything account.specific like seasons pass etc are account specific

The dragon ball games isn’t mine. He had bought it. So when we game shared, I thought that it would show up on mine. But it doesn’t. I already checked in “ready to install” and it’s not there

Yes you still gave to Install it in your console from ready to install

Try doing a hard reset (hold down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn it back on).

Also, you may want to change your password. Keep in mind sharing account information is a violation of the code of conduct and can put you and your friend at risk for being banned.
