    You don't need Gold for cloud saves, Silver membership works for that also.

    Your saves will be stored on the cloud servers as long as you were connected to xbox live.

    Once you start a game it will sync your saves & make a copy onto your console.

    Hi

    No you can't transfer you Xbox 360 game saves via a hard drive you will need to use an Xbox 360 to transfer the game saves to the cloud once you have done this your Xbox One should then see the game saves.

    Save your game to a usb with your profile dude and transfer the data to your own xbox. As long as the game save is under your gamertag and not your sisters you should be able to transfer your saved game by this method.

    To transfer your profile, simply add your profile to the Xbox One, and it will be there.

    To transfer your game saves/progress you will need to save it to the cloud, then sign on Xbox One (this will only work for backwards compatible games)

    Yes, any game saves created on the Xbox One will be saved to the cloud (once connected to the internet), and therefore will transfer to your next Xbox One console.
