    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
    I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
    down to only $48.99 each.

    Purchases from the Xbox Store are generally done so without the ability to get a refund, but you should speak with Phone Support / Billing as they are the only ones who would be able to assist here. Unfortunately these matters are not something we on the
    forums can take care of.

    I have bought series x compatible game online store but have Xbox one anything I can do?

    If you are sure the game cannot be played on the Xbox One, and the game is not available in the Cloud as part of Game Pass Ultimate, then you either get a refund xbox.com/refund or purchase an Xbox Series X or S to play it.

    Can I refund my Hell Let Loose purchase, and play it through the game pass instead?

    To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.

    If you want to return the game, you will need to visit Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that bought the game, select what you want a refund for and then request the refund!

    If your refund request is approved it usually take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!
