xbox game pass

Bonjour,

Quand j'essaye d'installer un jeu avec le xbox game pass sur pc, je n'y arrive pas, par exemple pour minecraft je n'arrive pas l'installer et quand j'essaye j'ai cette page qui apparaît.

Or ce problème se produit qu'avec certains jeux, par exemple ici sur l'image (dans le Microsoft store) je ne peux télécharger que les jeux où il y a un bouton Installer/Gérer et les autres jeux où il y a un point d'exclamation je ne peux pas les télécharger.
Quand je passe m'a souris sur le point d'exclamation j'ai le message suivant :

Mortal Kombat X ne fonctionne pas sur cet appareil
