    I'm trying to unsubscribe from my Xbox Game Pass but I can't. I started a free trial for 3 months ago and but after the trial I unsubrscribed. I found out yesterday when I was checking my bank account that I was still subscribed and have been so for 2 months...
    2 payments were successfully ordered. I then tried to unsubscribe once again but I can't since I have this months payment "delayed". It says "payment failed" next to my subscribtion and therefore I think (what I read in the support for unsubrciptions) that
    I must make the order go through before I can unsub? I haven't used the XBOX game pass since I tried to unsub and I would not like to pay another month just to unsub the minute after... Is there any way to unsub without paying? and is it somehow possible to
    make a refund on the two months of payment (I have not used the game pass during this period).

    I would be thankful if someone could fix the problem and hopefully get my money back (if possible)

    No. If you purchase just Xbox Game Pass, then you would need Xbox Game Pass Core (new name for Xbox Live Gold) to play online multiplayer. If you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then it would cancel your Xbox Live and convert it to Game Pass Ultimate and add it on to your Game Pass Ultimate. Any remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.
