U still have the 6 months for 23 pound deal Becasue for me it's changed to a black Friday 1 pound for first month deal

Yes unfortunately we don't have the means or tools do help here. As for deals they do change time to time and as you state it shows until 3/1/19 I am curious if that means it will be active until then with the 6 months of live. When you took the picture
add 6 months see if it is close to that day.

The photo was taken this month November 2018 And that would be 2 months and the new deal says ends on 4th of January

Do u know how I can talk to a real person on a chat and not the vertual agent because every time it says talk to a real person its send me to a link that won't work

 

It early stated 2019 and its 2018

That the reason im posting because it says 50% off until 3rd of the 1st of 2019

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

This issue has been resolved it was all because of a suspect due to an issue with my card
