Xbox Game Pass

I have Game Pass signature for 5 or 6 months, and my signature has automatically renewed on July 16th, the problem is that today (July 23th) I was trying to play some game pass games and the system says I that I have to make a signature.

Imediatly I´ve looked my history and also my credit card history, and both, Microsoft and Credit Card, shows me the signature renewed on July 16th.

I event tried to make another signature (using that promotion 3 months for 1), but the system show me an error.

I want my game pass back and also this day, the day lost because it wasnt work, back.

I apreciate if you answer me as soon as possible with a solution or at least an explanation.

All Season Passes bought on 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One

Any season pass you buy on an Xbox 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One when you buy one. Seems a good idea for games like BF4 and CoD Ghosts.

It show no error. Just says that I have to make a signature.

When I try do sign it says something "we have encountered an error, try later", but this is no problem (for now), because I have an active signature.

Im very disapointed and thinking about not sing game pass anymore.
