Any season pass you buy on an Xbox 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One when you buy one. Seems a good idea for games like BF4 and CoD Ghosts.

Currently it's not available through Microsoft. The $99 mentioned in an early reply was a special offer that has ended. You would need to try checking with another retailed to see if they have any 1 year codes. Otherwise, it can be purchased as a 6 month

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available as a 1 month subscription. There was previously a promotion in which you received

12 months of game pass + Forza motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 3 but this promotion is no longer available. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Amazon and other retailers sell codes for 6 months of Gamepass. You can buy two and stack them and have it for a year.
