Xbox Game Pass

Hi,



On the 16/07, I subscribed to Xbox Game Pass and now (1/08) I cannot use it anymore: “Looks like you need to renew your Xbox Game Pass”. What should I do?

All Season Passes bought on 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One

Any season pass you buy on an Xbox 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One when you buy one. Seems a good idea for games like BF4 and CoD Ghosts.

What was the period of the subscription you got ? Are you sure that it's not the 14-day free trial ? because if it is so, then yes, you do have to renew your Game Pass membership.

before contacting Xbox Support I would suggest checking your subscription first at

http://account.microsoft.com/services and check if it shows any subscriptions or issues. If it does show any issues then these need to be sorted first.

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there. If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
   
3. Redownload your profile ​ If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support Let us know the results

If the subscription isn't showing then check your transactions to see if anything shows on the transaction for the Game pass subscription.

I could have been that it was just the 14-Day trial. I know when I started mine at first, that's what it was. I would check your subscriptions in your account and see what it says, then contact support if need be.
