Xbox Game Pass Wrong Region

If you added a code then it can't be refunded as they are one time.use codes and it would only return back to the same card which is no longer usable

This is why you don't try to get cheap codes that you don't qualify for

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Before you upgrade your subscription to Ultimate pass, please set your PC region to the same region of your account in order for both regions to align and allow you to complete a purchase online.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

Once done, kindly proceed with adding your card and then upgrade your subscription to Ultimate pass.

You need a xbox 360 to complete the check a xbox one will not pass the region check

That has already been saif so many times

To get free games you must pass the account region actual region and console region compatibility check

An xbox one won't last that last check

You NEED to pass that check one time to download free games

That means renting a console or borrowing one once to pass the check

There's been no official word on if/when Game Pass will extend to other regions. You can find a list of regions it is available in in the Game Pass FAQ.
