Xbox Game Pass wont recognize my subscription

I have $3.71 i went to game pass ultimate for 1 dollar for a month i put in my password and hit next and it took me to paying method game pass ultimate is 1 dollar for 1 month i shouldn't have pay when i have $3.71

I'm having the same issue. As well as my Xbox app not truly recognizing I have a Game Pass subscription, with that none of my games will open.

Same here, just get a subscription, but I cannot download anything, it keeps saying : Get a Game pass, and the xbox app shows that I've already a subscription ...

Try to delog/relog, got the last version of windows and xbox app and I can't DL anything ....

I have recently subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass for PC. However, when trying to download a game, I get redirected to the Game Pass page as if I wasn't already subscribed. When I go the Game Pass page on the Xbox app I see, for a brief instant, a "My Subscription" button but that is then turned into a "Get Game Pass" button. Also, when I get redirected to purchase the Game Pass, the purchase button is replaced with a "manage" button, since I am already subscribed.

I have checked the subscriptions under my account and it shows that I am subscribed to the correct plan.

I have done what has been recommended for the last 2 years which is how long this issue has existed apparently:

- Made sure both Xbox app and windows store are using the same account

- Reinstalled Xbox app

- Windows is up do date

I just re-subscribed again to the Game Pass for PC but the app doesn't recognize that I have payed. It still thinks that I'm not a subscriber and doesn't let me install anything.

Extremely annoying.

oh well i do have my subscription for ultimate game pass. but the option still wont show up and wont let me remote play
