Xbox Game pass won’t let me play when iv payed for it already

I have Game Pass code but my Forza horizon 5 won’t let me play it only through regular game pass for some reason

1. Confirm You're signed in with the correct account

>> Press the Xbox button > Profile & System > Settings > Account > Subscription

>> Confirm the subscription is listed as active

2. Verify Payment Method

>> Go to account.microsoft.com/services and ensure:

>> Your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active.

>> There are no payment issues or pending transactions.



3. Power Cycle Your Console

>> Hold the Xbox power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

>> Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on

>> Try launching a Game Pass game again

4. Reset Console (Keep Games & Apps)

>> Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

>> Choose Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hey Ricardo, it’s just one game (rainbow six siege) that won’t let me play, all my other games I can play, online as well which means my gold still works and my buddy who bought the one game(rainbow six) he can still play it on his console. But since I bought the game pass it the Xbox thinks I don’t have rainbow six and I’ve been playing it for 2-3 years, now after game pass running out it won’t let me play

No I have no game pass after mine expired , I brought the game thinking I didn’t need one. When I go into dayz and click play it loads up game pass deals the live gold one and another one and won’t let me play unless I buy one

yea it won’t let me play either it says i need to buy the standard edition or the battle pass edition but i but the game on disc. Someone please help me
