Xbox Game Pass won't download games for PC or Xbox One S

I have tried every single "fix" for this problem, and none of them work. I am unable to get ahold of Microsoft via phone, email, or virtual chat. I had Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 3 months with seemingly no issues, but currently can't download Fallout76, Humankind, State of Decay 2, Tales of Vesperia, FF XIII, Solasta.... etc.... for PC. On the Xbox one S, the games that I couldn't download were different and geared more towards my kids.

I never had any issues with games from/through the EA app, only through Xbox app and/or Microsoft Store.

I have since canceled my ultimate subscription and switched it to a Xbox Game Pass for PC only, hoping that canceling and starting a different subscription might do the trick, but it is still broken. My recurring subscription is canceled and expires 10/07/21.

I am currently on a new PC, but my old PC was having this issue prior to me switching.

Any solutions are much appreciated, however, I'm sure I already tried it. If Microsoft can't figure this out then I'll just invest my $15 a month into steam.

Hi Buddy..

The game is on Game Pass only for XBox Game Console not PC.

I just checked to make sure its on the Game Pass app and I found it.

Download the game for XBox One, XBox One X & XBox One S

Both of those subscriptions are really for the console only so they won't show on the PC. Gold is not required to play online on the PC and Game Pass is primary for the Xbox One. There are a few Game Pass games that are Play
Anywhere games that can be downloaded on the PC as well.

Contacting Microsoft support was a huge waste of time. All they asked me to do was the things I already did and to everyone's surprise the outcome was the same. But according to them, I have no issues with my account.

At least this confirms that the Microsoft store and Game Pass will inexplicably fail for some, and work for others.

If the "Fixes" don't work... Just switch the Steam, Playstation, or Nintendo.

Going to have to switch to Apple OS after this.

Do you get any error codes when trying to download games? Did you try an in-place upgrade?

Are you receiving any specific error codes or messages when trying to download the games?
Are you trying to download the games using the Xbox app or though the Microsoft store?
May I know the troubleshooting steps performed by you so far?
Is the pc fully up to date? Which version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

This clarification would aid in allowing us to provide the proper troubleshooting for this situation.
