Hi ... ich habe verpasst meinen letzten betrag for den game pass rechtzeitig aufzuladen, so nun habe ich mir mittlerweile schon 25€ guthaben (und da dass nicht funktioniert hat) nochmal eine extra karte wo game pass drauf stand (wert 9,99€) gekauft und es
wird immer noch eine alternative zahlungsmethode verlang ....

zieht mir dass bitte vom guthaben ab und bucht mir meinen game pass wieder, ich kann euch keine alternative zahlungsmethode zur verfügung stellen und es ist in meinen augen auch irgendwie ein scherz dass man sich mit so einer banalen angelegenheit überhaupt

Hi Maverick,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You would need to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello again, if you have Ultimate Game Pass you can play Game Pass games on PC without Xbox without Xbox, but the PC game catalog isn't as extensive as Xbox.

When you log in to the App, you will see the games that are available through the App.

If you have Game Pass, then you have access to the game as part of the EA access extension on Game Pass.
