Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Hi,

I know it’s not currently on discount right now, but during the sales a lot of news appears on True Achievements, where I’m always, and everyone saying they took that offer to get Game pass Ultimate at 1$ but every time I was trying to take it, it didn’t
seems to work for me. Now, they still asking me why I didn’t take it, saying it was worldwide and that it should have work. Was it because I’m from Quebec?
