Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - Xbox Series X

Hi, I've been a subscriber to Game Pass Ultime for a while now, really happy with (even more so given the addition of EA Play), suits our family setup perfectly.

This has led me to be very keen on the Series X but I am wondering how I upgrade my game pass account to include the Series X as part of the subscription.

If this isn't possible do i just need to cancel my current subscription and sign up to a new one that includes the Seties X?
