    I recently purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my PC and installed Human: Fall Flat. It says that "To access online multiplayer, I must sign into an account with online privileges. I have restarted my PC and game
    multiple times and even tried uninstalling it, double checked if it was the right account and it it. Can I have some help?

    I have the same issue. I have Xbox Games for PC, all other games I can play multi player online but not Human Fall Flat. I checked my Online & Safety settings, everything is set to Allow.

    Change subscription

    Also, if you purchase Game Pass first, then it would be converted to Ultimate and if you cancel ultimate, you would lose your Game Pass subscription. So if you do cancel Ultimate, do it first before you downgrade to just Game Pass.

    Which subscription are you downgrading to, is it Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, or Game Pass Core?

    If Game Pass Core, you will only have access to just over 30 games that are part of the Game Pass catalogue, and online multiplayer.

    If Xbox Game Pass, you will have access to all the Game Pass games on the Xbox Console, and no online multiplayer.

    If PC Game Pass, then you will have access to all the Game Pass games on the PC including EA Play, and online multiplayer.

    Are you on PC or Xbox? What games are you trying to play online multiplayer on? Don't forget, you have to have a subscription to play online multiplayer on Xbox. Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate will give you access to online multiplayer on Xbox.

    Hello, if you have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, then you only need one subscription for your two children to play together online.

    That's because Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes all the benefits of Xbox Game Pass Core, including access to online multiplayer games.

    If you have an Xbox Game Pass Core subscription, then you will need a subscription for each child. This is because Xbox Game Pass Core does not include access to online multiplayer games.

    If you have an Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription, then you don't need a subscription for your two kids to play together online. This is because online multiplayer games on PC are free.

    The Xbox Game Pass for Console will let you access the Xbox Game Pass library, but if you would like to play online multiplayer you will be needing an Xbox Live Gold subscription which you will also need to purchase.

    With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you will have Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for Console, PC Game Pass, EA Play both for Xbox and PC. Additional is access to Cloud Gaming.
