Xbox game pass ultimate overdue

I try to pay it now with credit card and paypal online but it says there's an error code and it'd be better if I wait a bit. I have sufficient amount on microsoft account to pay for it and it took $15 out of my account. I thought it payed for the xbox
ultimate but it still have the same errors

Hello what did the $15 go towards for payment? Was that straight out of your bank account?? Go to microsoft.com and go to subscriptions and look and see what subscription needs to be paid. Remember it cant be paid with a scratch off xbox card. Has to be
done through credit/debit or paypal account.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to pay a past due subscription. Unfortunately, a
past due subscriptionis not able to be paid
with account currency. You need a debit/credit card or a paypal account. If asking you to wait, wait a few hours and try again. If continues to give error, you may want to request
a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Is it Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate that's overdue? Ultimate includes Gold which is why you would get that message when trying to add more Gold.

If it doesn't give you an option to pay the balance there, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. You'll have to request a call or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do.
