    Xbox Game pass Ultimate not working


    The payment for my xbox game pass ultimate went through this morning but it says my subscription past due I checked with my bank and they said that Xbox for their money but it was processed on a Saturday morning (today). On my banking it says pending
    till December 7th. So is my game pass account frozen till the next business day? I cannot play any of my games o game pass.

    You will have 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. But this only works if is the first time you have Game Pass Ultimate, doesnt work in users that already had Game Pass Ultimate (this counts trial also).

    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    Help. Just bought Xbox pass ultimate and a Xbox 360.

    Unfortunately Game Pass is not available for the 360. You would only be able to use Game Pass on the PC or Xbox One.

    No. As stated before you upgrade, once you're current subscription is converted, there is no way to go back.
