Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not working on PC

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not working on PC


    I have the Xbox Games Pass Ultimate subscription, which works fine on my Xbox One consoles, and the Windows Store on Windows 10, but for some reason when using the dedicated Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10, it says I need to buy the pass?

    I read another user on here had the same issue, and the Microsoft team decided it wasn't a problem as they could download the games within the Windows App Store. This is ridiculous, the Xbox App is the best and easiest place to find the Game Pass Games,
    you can't (that I can see) search for only XGP games in the Windows App Store.

    I have tried logging in and out of BOTH the Windows App Store and Xbox apps, and made sure Windows is fully updated (19013.1122) with no success.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    Game Pass Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass, and Game Pass for PC. So games downloaded from Game Pass will work the same as they do with standard Game Pass versus Ultimate.

    Since Forza is a Play Anywhere title, you an download it on both the PC and console without needing Game Pass for PC or Game Pass Ultimate.

    Help. Just bought Xbox pass ultimate and a Xbox 360.

    Unfortunately Game Pass is not available for the 360. You would only be able to use Game Pass on the PC or Xbox One.
