    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not reflecting in my account benefits


    Hello everyone,

    I'm having an issue with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I recently renewed my subscription, but it doesn't seem to be reflecting in my account benefits. I've double-checked my payment history, and the transaction is shown as completed. However, when I try to access any Ultimate-specific features or games, they appear locked or unavailable.

    I've tried signing out of my account and back in, as well as restarting my console, but neither of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any advice on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Ultimate pass not recognized as active.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Kindly verify if the status of your subscription if it is active by going to: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

    If it shows active in there then you should be able to use your subscription under your account.

    Please give it 24 hours in order for the subscription to be fully up and running.

    To give you a heads up as an Independent Advisor and your fellow gamer I am not a Microsoft Employee and I don't have access to the account information.

    Game Pass Ultimate benefits can only be shared on consoles. You cannot gain any benefits or use on PC unless you are signed into the account that purchased Game Pass Ultimate.

    You will have to rebuy it if you do decide to switch to Ultimate Game Pass. By getting that, you are converting your Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate. However, you would still have all the benefits of gold with the added benefit of Game Pass for both Xbox
    and PC, until March 2020, for $1.

    if you get Game Pass Ultimate on your new account then make your Xbox the Home Xbox for that account, any other account you sign in with on the Xbox will have access to all the benefits of the Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    so you'd use your old account on Xbox and your new account on PC

    that lets you make use of the Game Pass for PC and keep your old Xbox progress and friends

    The solution is most likely just time. The system needs to update and reflect what the account actually shows. In the case of the Game Pass Ultimate conversion process, it will indeed show that your subscriptions to Gold and/or Game Pass will be canceled,
    with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription replacing it.
