    Xbox game pass ultimate not letting me download games from Microsoft Store


    I signed up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to game on my Win 10 pc. It all went through okay and I chose Gears 5 to try to install. It took me to the microsoft store and when I clicked to install it said I had no devices to put it on even though my pc clearly
    shows up in my account along with my sub to game pass ultimate

    Hi, Gears 5 has a known issue in regards to not being able to install it. Please us the link below to try and fix your problem.

    Gears 5

    • Known Issue: Some users unable to install Gears 5 from the Windows 10 Microsoft Store App.
    • Workaround: If your PC meets the requirements for the game but you are still unable to click the install button from the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10, this means that you need to upgrade your Windows OS version to the latest version. In
      order to do that, you can follow the steps here to manually check for and install that OS upgrade.

    can you try to see what happens if you try to install via the Xbox (beta) app?

    You might also have to sign out and back in again.

    Be sure to try other games too, to determine if it's all games or just specific ones (could be PC requirements related)
