    xbox game pass ultimate not being recognized on the xbox app


    I got xbox game pass ultimate from a gift card but when i try to download or play a game that is on xbox game pass it says that i need to buy xbox game pass then when I try to buy it it says that there is a past due balance on this subscription then when i go to fix it it doesnt let me pay any past due balance or renew my subscription

    That's great to know. Now please sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App.

    Kindly repair the App as well through windows settings.

    Settings > Apps > Search for Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart PC.

    On your browser please click your account on the top right corner then sign out on your Xbox App, and after that copy the email address that is visible on your browser and letter by letter paste it on the Xbox App.

    There is no profile icon on the account signed in on your browser, seems like it’s a different account.
