    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not appearing


    I purchased the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate yesterday but it stopped appearing as an option when trying to download games. I checked the active subscriptions and it is there and I checked my bank account and it
    charged me. If I could get some help that would be appreciated because the Virtual Assistant and FAQs are completely useless.
