Xbox Game pass Ultimate not activated on PC

Are you logged in with an account with an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription ?

You are not forced to use ultimate. If you wanted to go back to Xbox Live Gold you needed first to cancel the ultimate subscription, and then insert the code. For all users, with xbox game pass ultimate active, when you submit a xbox live/xbox game pass
for console/ xbox game pass for pc codes it will automatically convert in xbox game pass ultimate months using the established ratio.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the

Ok, then confirm that you have the suscription active here

If it's active confirm that it's Xbox Game Pass for Pc or Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for console won't work.

After that be sure that the account that has the suscription active its logged in the Microsoft Store app
