Xbox game pass ultimate no longer working

I have an active subscription, just purchase this game pass on Sunday, November 17th, 2019. I still can get on Xbox Live for games I had purchased in the pass like BO4. Moral of the story, everything is active. I was playing PUBG yesterday with no problems,
but now when I try to open the game it tells me to sign into the profile in which has an active subscription for the game pass. Which makes no sense, because I am on the same console and profile. Also, I went to the store to see if it would let me install
a game using my pass, and it did! It just won't let me play it. Any one else having this issue?

Is this Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Joining party no longer requires Xbox Live Gold.

This may mean that the account no longer has an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or is no longer set as Home Xbox on your end.

Kindly ask him to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if he/she can see that his/her Xbox game pass ultimate is active.

All the games that are available on the game pass will work if you have ultimate

If a game leaves the game pass you will no longer have access to play that game unless you brought that particular game.

If you change to PC Game Pass, and no longer have Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate, then you will lose access to the Games with Gold on your Xbox One or Series X|S console as you will no longer have Game Pass Core (New name for Gold).
