Quiero presentar mi queja a la nueva suscripcion de pago Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, ya que al producirse el pago de la renovacion de dicha suscripcion y llegarme el correo de confirmacion... no he podido hacer absolutamente nada de lo que se supone que puedo
hacer como jugar online o jugar a juegos de xbox game pass.

A parte de que el pago haya sido realizado, al ir a la configuracion de la propia consola o en mi propia cuenta via web, veo que aparece dicha suscripción como vigente.

He enviado muchos reportes de este fallo y no veo cambio ninguno ni interes en arreglar nada...

Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero o lo arreglen de inmediato... ya que sino tomare la decision comprar ningun producto de esta empresa y obtar por otra.
