    XBOX Game Pass Ultimate is not working


    Hi,

    I have been using ultimate game pass since February and never faced any problem since yesterday. Games that i downloaded from games pass are not working. It says i need to renew my game pass. Then i checked my previous orders on my xbox account and bank
    website, it shows that on 13th April 2020, 14$ was taken from my bank account. However games are not working. I restarted my console but nothing changed.

    Please advise.

    You will have 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. But this only works if is the first time you have Game Pass Ultimate, doesnt work in users that already had Game Pass Ultimate (this counts trial also).

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    Help. Just bought Xbox pass ultimate and a Xbox 360.

    Unfortunately Game Pass is not available for the 360. You would only be able to use Game Pass on the PC or Xbox One.

    No. As stated before you upgrade, once you're current subscription is converted, there is no way to go back.
