Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is missing Live Gold membership

Discus and support Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is missing Live Gold membership in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, which is supposed to include Xbox Live Gold, but i does not.     Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is missing Live Gold membership


    I have a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, which is supposed to include Xbox Live Gold, but i does not.

    I can't find anywhere to upgrade or change this either. (I must honestly say I hate navigating Microsoft Xbox membership pages)

    As soon as I enter the game pass site (https://www.xbox.com/nb-NO/xbox-game-pass#join) it will log me out of my account. I can select to join Ultimate with Gold
    included, but since I already have Ultimate, I can only administer my account, I cannot join this package deal.

    Should I cancel my subscription and start a new one with the package deal?

    (I've hardly ever seen a worse website than this...)

    Xbox game pass ultimate comes with the Xbox Live gold membership so if that's your concern then if you buy the Xbox game pass ultimate then you won't have Xbox Live gold as well

    Yes, you can cancel Xbox Live Ultimate whenever and revert to only Xbox Live Gold.

    it means if you activate Xbox Live Gold subscription when your subscription of Ultimate is still active. ¿Am I right?

    I think after activating ultimate, if you redeem a Xbox live Gold, it will extend your ultimate subscription.

    Problem with the association between Gold and Game Pass Ultimate.

    Unfortunately you would have to purchase gold again if that is what you want. Before purchasing the promotion, you are warned that whatever gold or regular game pass you have on your account will be converted to Ultimate Game Pass and cannot be converted
    back.
