    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in effect but Xbox Live Gold expired?


    I grabbed the deal for Game Pass Ultimate for $1 for 3 months while i still had Xbox Live Gold (which was then set to expire Dec. 6th).

    My GPU is set to expire in March 2020 and, as far as I'm aware, Game Pass is supposed to stack/convert your subscriptions regarding Xbox Live Gold? I'm unable to access online multiplayer like Overwatch, etc. today 12/9 when yesterday it was working perfectly
    fine, and my internet connection is strong and working.

    I have tried to just buy another 3 months of Live Gold but the store says the action is unavailable to me so I'm at a loss.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    To go back to Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Only you would need to Cancel Auto Renewal on Ultimate Game Pass let it Expire and then Re-Subscribe to Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your subscription. At this time there is no way to convert your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time into Xbox Live Gold. In order to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription again, you must
    wait for your Game Pass Ultimate subscription to expire and the purchasing Xbox Live Gold afterward.

    When Canceling a Gold, Game Pass, or Ultimate Game pass any remaining time will stay until it has expired. In the case of The ultimate since it converts your remaining Gold to Ultimate once your "expires on" date is over it will return to non-gold without
    gamepass. At that point if you choose to only have Gold just add Xbox Live gold prepaid codes or a Credit card for monthly.

    I don't want to convert my Xbox live gold pass to a game pass ultimate

    Ultimate Game Pass can't be converted back to Live Gold and if you cancel Ultimate Game Pass you will lose the Live Gold, so it is best to turn off recurring billing and wait for the Game Pass subscription to expire then get Gold after that.
