    Xbox game pass ultimate HELP!!


    Hi guys

    i bought game pass ulitimate as a buy 1 get 1 free offer so 6months for the price of 3, i used the code they gave me assuming that i would get the extra 3 months just added on!! Apparently not i had to put in another code (which they didnt clarify) and now
    its saying the code has expired!! HELP, the code was from smyths and when contacted they said i had to contact xbox

    What happens if I upgrade to gamepass ultimate if I already have the regular suscription (on PC)

    Official quote from the Xbox Game Pass FAQ:

    "Upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you have any prepaid time on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass when you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we’ll apply it to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum
    of 36 months."
