    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate games not playing


    When I launch any game that is under Xbox Game Pass, it pops up with the message "Do you own this game or app?" And tells me to sign in. I have a flawless connection to the internet. All Xbox services are in the green. This started directly after the outage two days ago.

    All support inquiries have been to make sure I own the game. I purchased Game Pass a week ago and I have already launched the game in question after its purchase and played it for roughly 10 hours. It just stopped working abruptly.

    Things I have tried:

    Power cycling my Xbox

    Restarting my Xbox

    Signing in and out of my account on the Xbox

    Checking the status of my Game Pass subscription

    Checking to see the game is still covered by game pass

    Reinstalling the game

    Restarting my modem

    Power cycling my modem

    Checking status of Xbox services on support

    Any help is appreciated because I'm very close to canceling my Game Pass subscription.

    Did you purchase Game Pass for PC, Xbox Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate? Only Ultimate includes EA Play.

    Sadly, the game is only included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Joshua.

    To play the game we need to buy the game or buy an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    No. If you purchase just Xbox Game Pass, then you would need Xbox Game Pass Core (new name for Xbox Live Gold) to play online multiplayer. If you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then it would cancel your Xbox Live and convert it to Game Pass Ultimate and add it on to your Game Pass Ultimate. Any remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.

    12 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 9 months of Ultimate
    24 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 18 months of Ultimate
