    XBox Game pass ultimate error


    So I bought the game pass ultimate for my PC on a discounted 1st month + 2 months free. The amount was debited from my account as well.

    Now, the thing is when I log into my XBox application on my PC, I can't see my membership, i.e. I cannot download games through game pass. But, when I download games from the Microsoft Store, I can do so using the Game Pass.

    Plus, I can't seem to find any information on linking my XBox account with the EA Account.

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Because the error speak about "conversion", maybe you are trying to redeem an Xbox Live code of a different region and conversion to Game Pass Ultimate don't work in this way. As additional information the codes
    are always region assigned.

    To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?

    Any chance this was the error message:

    "Check the Instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page"

    If so, that's either because you don't meet region crtieria...or, you have held Game Pass in the past as the promotion is for new subscribers only

    "If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"
