    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Downgrade not possible?


    Hi,

    I upgraded my Xbox Game Pass PC beta to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate just before Gears 5 launched. Now, I'd like to go back to Xbox Game Pass PC, but it seems impossible to do. I cancelled recurring billing for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I still have a week
    left. Then I tried to get Xbox Game Pass PC from the Windows Store where I can see an Extend button. I press that, login and then it says the offer is not available.

    I tried to chat with support but it seems I can't do that because of an error message. And I tried again later.
