xbox game pass ultimate digital card

Just Game Pass for Console a 6-month card (Digital), Can't tell if it's regular or ultimate...

I had 17 days left of game pass ultimate I decided to buy a 12 month Xbox live Gold card and a 3-month game pass ultimate card put in the 12 months first then the 3 months game pass ultimate card so that the 12 months would convert to game pass ultimate as well. Instead it only gave me 8 months game pass ultimate total as stated above.

You can't convert it to Game Pass directly.

If you however have an active Game Pass ULTIMATE subscription (that combines Gold and Game Pass), the Gold membership card will add time to your Ultimate Membership.

However, since ULTIMATE combines two subscriptions, you won't get the full 3 months from the "Gold only" membership card.

According to the
Game Pass ULTIMATE FAQ page you will get 50 days of Game Pass ULTIMATE added to your subscription with a 3 month Gold prepaid card.

Purchased this on Nov 26th thru targets website and still have not received it. Called Traget and they gave me an 800 number for microsoft to call them and of course you cant get a live person on the phone. Any suggestions? Need this taken care
of before Christmas

Exactly as Daft Badger states. If you bought it from Target then ultimately Target is the one responsible to help you if they haven't given you what you paid them for. Not Microsoft. Sounds like they are trying to pass the buck honestly.

If you bought through Target then it's down to them to resolve.It's nothing to do with Microsoft.

You'll need to keep on at Targets customer support as you have not received the product you purchased.
