    Xbox game pass ultimate crashing my pc


    So I recently downloaded the app and for some reason I can't get Gears of War 4 running (campaign or online). When I try running campaign I get an error message saying I have to connect to xbox live. My internet is running fine and my comp keeps crashing
    trying to find a match. I've reinstalled both the game, app and driver so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes I'm using the same account on my console and my PC.

    I just recently got my PC and this was the first time I was trying to use game pass on it. I'm subscribed to ultimate on my Xbox and was charged on 2/8/2022. When I tried to access game pass on my PC, it said I need to join Ultimate again so I did and now I see another charge on 2/28/2022. 17.84$ CAD everytime. Is Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate on PC different?

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    If you have Ultimate you can share with him

    That means your gold was upgraded to Ultimate (Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Xbox, and Game Pass for PC)
