    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate changed into Game Pass


    Last night, I have managed to buy myself a code for a Game Pass Ultimate trial for my account. After I managed to put it, my library showed me that alongside my game pass games; Gold Live and EA Play were also available and I was able to play online.

    Today although, when I wanted to play Red Dead Online, it showed that I am not able to do so, because I don't have Xbox Live Gold. So I went to check seeing that indeed I didn't have it, when I payed for it. Now I am forced to pay more. What am I supposed to do when I already fully payed?

    Help. Just bought Xbox pass ultimate and a Xbox 360.

    Unfortunately Game Pass is not available for the 360. You would only be able to use Game Pass on the PC or Xbox One.

    If it's just Game Pass then at the end of the 2 weeks Game Pass will end and you'll just have your Gold subscription.

    If it's Game Pass Ultimate it will convert the gold you have until Ultimate as well. If the message you're getting says "Joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will upgrade your remaining Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass membership(s)
    into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the same amount of time, up to 36 months total. All conversions are final; conversion ratio subject to change." Then the 2 months of gold will upgrade so you will have over 2 months of Game Pass Ultimate.

    Problem with the association between Gold and Game Pass Ultimate.

    Unfortunately you would have to purchase gold again if that is what you want. Before purchasing the promotion, you are warned that whatever gold or regular game pass you have on your account will be converted to Ultimate Game Pass and cannot be converted
    back.

    No. As stated before you upgrade, once you're current subscription is converted, there is no way to go back.
