    Hey for anyone who needs help especially with the Xbox live or the game pass ultimate you can go to your Microsoft account, log in, type "live chat Microsoft" in the search bar, then at the bottom right click on questions then click on talk to an expert.
    After this tell them what happened.

    1.Go to your Microsoft account

    2.Log in

    3.Type "Live chat Microsoft" in the search bar

    4.Then at the bottom right click on questions

    5.Click on talk to an expert

    6.Tell them what happened

    There isnt much they can do

    One you shouldve read.the warnings

    They can cancel.it BUT you really shouldnt

    Turn off autorenewal t:hats all yoy should do

    You cancel ypu forfeit all the built up time and they cannot refund it they can only refund the xgu purchase

    Also its an ONE TIME upgrade.

    You aremt paying 15 bucks a mknth if you had prepaid time then all you are doing is converting that time for upto 3years onto upto 3yeara of xgu not 15 bucks a month

    Being honest, anything Xbox related you should go via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us (change the en-US to your countries support) as Microsoft support are
    not as specialised at dealing with Xbox support issues and have given conflicting information on certain issues that would easily be resolved and have suggest just buying a new console.

    Xbox live subscription

    If you purchased/added Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to your account, any remaining Xbox Live Gold on the account would have been upgraded/converted into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Canceling of the Game Pass Ultimate, effectively cancels everything.

    Hey there FlyJonat,

    When you update to the Game Pass any time you had on active Gold or Game Pass subscription would be cancelled and any remaining time would be converted to time for the Ultimate subscription.

    What happens to my Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships once i upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

    A purchase of Game Pass Ultimate automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    So it seems that when you cancelled your Ultimate subscription this cancelled all the time that had been added to it. I would advise that you
    Contact Xbox Support so that they may take a look at your account and provide further assistance.
