Discus and support Xbox Game Pass triel won't work in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; My friend has bought Game Pass and got 5 trial invites, when he sends one and I click on it the page for reedeming codes, says its either miss spelled...     Xbox Game Pass triel won't work


    My friend has bought Game Pass and got 5 trial invites, when he sends one and I click on it the page for reedeming codes, says its either miss spelled or gives random error code (he did pressed "Copy Link" button and send it that way and still doesn't work)

    Just to set your expectation, here at Microsoft Community forums we don't have the option to access your account information. We highly suggest contacting Xbox Live Support directly for further assistance. They have more tools at their disposal that can verify the account and resolve such issues.

    • To reach Xbox Live Support, please go to this link: Contact us | Xbox Support.
    • Make sure to sign in to your Xbox account first. Then, click "Contact Us" and select a category.

    • Then, select the option "Let our virtual agent help you find a solution."
    • A chat pop-up will appear, and then type "Talk to Agent" in the chat window.
    • Select your issue and click Next. You'll then see an option to "Request a Callback" or "Chat with Live agent".

    The Nitro gift is only available for Xbox Game Pass users. if you are an Pc Game Pass user, it won't work, sorry.

    Why can't I access Game Pass on my PC?

    That could either be Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass. If it's Core, it won't work on PC.

    Xbox games pass ultimate games to be connected to be online to be sure it's the correct licence, that is why it won't work in offline :).
