Discus and support Xbox game pass thinks I have PC but I have ultimate. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I don't know what to do next, I restarted, logged in and out, and reinstalled it.     Xbox game pass thinks I have PC but I have ultimate.


    I don't know what to do next, I restarted, logged in and out, and reinstalled it.

    Does anyone know what to do or has someone solved it already and can tell me how to do it?

    What are you trying to do that's not working? Do you not have Gold or Game Pass on the console?

    I'm afraid that's not possible, but you can subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to convert your remaining Xbox Game Pass for Console subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by that you will be able to access the subscription to your PC as well.

    The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is consists of Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play both for Xbox and PC. You will also have perks that you can redeem by having the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    I think anywhere is being merged into the game pass ultimate as I have games on both xbox and pc and the cross play saves work fine, I think it needs streamlining or maybe give better communication of what's going on with it all
