Xbox Game Pass tells me to Renew

I went to go Play Vermintide 2 which worked yesterday. today I get a pop up saying I need to renew my xbox game pass. when I go into my subscriptions it tells me game pass was renewed on july 13th.

I've tried hard reboots but nothing, Should I cancel my current subscription and start over?

Xbox problems

So i own a perfectly working xbox one s, and i own Battlefield 4 as a disc copy, now for some reason when i load my battlefield 4 with the disc its telling me to renew my game pass, can someone please tell me how to fix this i havent had game pass for a
year now so this does not make any sense to me at all i just want to play my game.

Question about GamePass

If you try to start the game it will tell you that you either need to purchase the game or renew game pass. It won't automatically charge you for the game.

Hello,

Try deleting your profile and reinstalling it. You can do so via settings=Account=Remove account. Do no worry this will not harm your saves, and once you sign back in via your email you should be set.

When I try to play the game, it tells me I need to renew my xbox game pass. I think there is a bug that is causing this error, which does not read if you own the game.

XBox Live Gold doesn't give you access to Game Pass games....Live Gold just allows you to play Multiplayer content. You either need to buy Game Pass separately or you need to upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate which includes Live Gold

It does tell you that automatic renewal is on when you subscribe to the xbox game pass.

You would of also been sent an email telling you auto renewal is on & when the money is due to be taken.

You need to turn it off via your account or by contacting support or by cancelling your subscription.
