Xbox game pass taking away games I´ve paid for.

When my $1 1 month game pass subscription ended (my first time buying game pass), games that I had already bought before I got game pass was no longer in the ¨owned games¨ tab but became part of the game pass games tab.

When I launch my game I get a message saying ¨Sign in or renew the subscription¨.

The game I am having issues with is Ark Survival Evolved, since it was in the game pass games it got taken away from me even though I had purchased it.

It also has been REMOVED from my purchase history which makes matters worse, and this is the only evidence I can provide that I had purchased it and was being used (screenshot, my brother´s Xbox account is signed into Microsoft family under my account) this
has also happened to Minecraft: Xbox One Edition.

Please does anyone have a solution to this? It is really ticking me off that this is happening to me.

If you thought I was unclear please let me know so I can give a more detailed explanation.

None of these options had worked for me

it is because the licence from gamepass supersedes all other until it ends, sometimes the it forgets to switch the licence back, you have several options, remove your account and re sign in, or uninstall the game and re install.

if none of these are a viable option then contact customer support as it is then an account issue that cannot be handled here.

I purchased it from GAME on the high Street. Its paid for through Klarna finance.

So obviously all access includes a paid Game Pass Ultimate subscription which was due to end on Dec 7th. I got the pop up message asking me to set up regular payments of £10.99, which I assumed would start from 8th Dec (when my all access deal finishes), but the payment was take straight away, meaning I've effectively paid for Game Pass Ultimate for December twice

I,ve been having the same issues with this. I honestly done see the point to be on xbox to play my games that i have paid and downloaded.
